Surface Protection

Surface preparation and protection is a core business activity for KAEFER Integrated Services, delivering both onsite and offsite solutions across the Energy (including subsea), Mining, Industrial Infrastructure and Marine markets.

We offer a full range of protective coating applications, from single component enamels, two pack epoxies and polyurethanes to high-performance plural component elastomers.

Our services offering includes abrasive blasting, high-performance coating systems (including products such as Humidur), airless and conventional spray, plural component products, water blasting, UHP cleaning, polyurethane foam spraying, thermal spray aluminium as well as rubber and specialty linings. Our capability also extends to concrete remediation services.

We also offer a diverse range of media, including aluminium oxide, glass, garnet, sodium bicarbonate, plastic and carbon steel. This allows us to conduct a full range of blasting activities, from delicate cleaning to aggressive profiling.

To ensure quality delivery for our Clients, KAEFER has a dedicated Quality team with NACE-qualified inspectors and is accredited by the Painting Contractor Certification Program.
