Victor Bogos
Managing Director & Regional Director APAC
Victor was appointed Managing Director & Regional Director APAC in 2016. He has been with KAEFER since 2006, having also previously held the roles of Regional Financial Officer APAC and Finance Manager. Victor has overseen major projects and significant growth periods during his time at KAEFER.
Trent Northover
Chief Operating Officer
Trent was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2021. He has been with KAEFER since 2014, having previously held the roles of Executive General Manager – Eastern Australia and South Australian Manager. Prior to joining KAEFER, Trent held Senior Commercial & Financial Management roles for companies in Australia and internationally.
Adam Portaro
Executive Director
Adam was appointed Executive Director in 2021. Prior to this, he held the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Executive General Manager since joining KAEFER in 2017. Adam has over 40 years of experience across the mining, energy & industrial sectors. Adam’s experience has included overseeing numerous complex construction and maintenance contracts, having held senior management positions for several leading Australian Contractors.
Gregory Le Pape
Finance Director & Company Secretary
Gregory was appointed Finance Director in 2018 and Company Secretary in 2017. He has held a number of Senior Financial positions since joining KAEFER in 2012, including Finance Manager – Malaysia & Korea and Finance Manager – New Zealand. Prior to joining KAEFER, Gregory gained experience in Financial Management roles for companies in the UK and France.
Adalbert Kruza
Director – Risk & Commercial
Adalbert was appointed Director – Risk & Commercial in 2016 and brings over 20 years’ industry experience globally. He has been with the KAEFER Group since 2004 and KAEFER Integrated Services since 2006. He has held a wide range of Senior Management roles in this time, including Technical Director and Regional Operations Officer – APAC. Prior to joining KAEFER, Adalbert gained experience in the construction and industrial sectors throughout Germany and France in Project Management, Engineering and Supervisory roles.
