Kwinana Pigment Plant Scaffolding
Tronox appointed KAEFER to provide scaffold labour hire services on a permanent basis as well as additional personnel for emergency works on an ad hoc basis at the Kwinana Pigment Plant.

As part of our solution, KAEFER introduced and promoted the use of System Scaffolding. This resulted in significant productivity improvements (25%) compared to alternative systems. KAEFER’s Scaffolding Management Portal allowed us to effectively plan the works. The system captured critical data including latest dates for erection and dismantle as well as location for each scaffold. This facilitated the bundling of erections and dismantling for scaffolds in similar locations, resulting in cost and schedule benefits.
