KAEFER Enters New Partnership

KAEFER Integrated Services is pleased to announce our parent company, KAEFER Group, will enter into a partnership with German-based SMS group and European investor Altor, who are jointly becoming 50% shareholders in the company.

This partnership will enable synergies to be explored across our respective service offerings as well as opportunities to expand KAEFER’s global and local market positions.
