NT Pathways Scaffold Cadets Commence

KAEFER, in partnership with Santos, was thrilled to welcome our first scaffold trainees as part of our Indigenous Employment & Pathways Program in Darwin last week. The trainees will acquire formal scaffolding qualifications over a 12-week program, covering practical and theoretical aspects as well as receiving mentoring from our experienced Darwin team.
The Santos-KAEFER Indigenous Employment & Pathways Program has a range of available blue and white collar roles, aimed at equipping trainees with the skills and knowledge to develop long term careers.
