KAEFER is committed to supporting the Gladstone community through training, mentoring, and partnerships with local businesses. Central to this commitment is the KAEFER Scaffold Cadetship – an initiative focused on building a more inclusive, skilled, and sustainable workforce. A focus area for the cadetship is creating long-term pathways for First Nations people and community members facing barriers to employment. The program reflects KAEFER’s dedication to meaningful, community-driven outcomes.
