We are pleased to announce the award of a major shutdown contract for Rio Tinto at the Yarwun Alumina Refinery in Gladstone, QLD. Under the contract, KAEFER will deliver critical repair, maintenance and upgrade works for digestion units at the plant across two shutdown periods during 2024 and 2025. The scope includes mechanical, blasting & painting and rigging services.
The award continues KAEFER’s relationship with Rio Tinto at the Yarwun Refinery, where we have been delivering a range of services since 2018.
