KAEFER Integrated Services is this week celebrating NAIDOC Week 2021, which is being held from Sunday 4th July to Sunday 11th July. NAIDOC Week is held across Australia each July, celebrating the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. The NAIDOC 2021 theme – Heal Country! – calls for all of us to continue to seek greater protections for our lands, our waters, our sacred sites and our cultural heritage from exploitation, desecration, and destruction.
In celebration of the week, KAEFER was privileged to welcome Whadjuk Noongar Elder, Shaun Nannup, to present a virtual session on Healing Country. Our sites and offices nationally will also be holding various initiatives throughout the week to mark this occasion.
