Overview
KAEFER was engaged to complete various services associated with decommissioning at the Altona Refinery.
Scope of Work
- Early Contractor Involvement ensuring a smooth transition to blue collar involvement.
- QA/QC enforcing flange management and MDR compliance. Project and progress tracking.
- Supply and install of Ringlock scaffold system.
- Mechanical breaking and opening of flanges, manways, pipelines and vessels for verification purposes.
