KAEFER Integrated Services was pleased to welcome 11 new trainees this week as part of our in-house Scaffold Cadetship Program. Based at our Southwest Facility in Naval Base, the Program covers practical and theoretical aspects of scaffolding including on-site experience. Managing Director Victor Bogos was on hand to welcome the trainees and explain the global potential of a career in scaffolding.

KAEFER’s Scaffold Cadetship is a 12-week program, with individuals acquiring formal scaffolding qualifications and then progressing to site-based roles following completion.
