NT Pathways Program Info Sessions

Thank you to everyone who attended the information sessions in Darwin for our Santos-KAEFER Indigenous Employment & Pathways Program. We were excited to see so many candidates keen to find out more about the program, which will be delivered at Darwin LNG and KAEFER sites. We also extend a special thanks to our local partners for providing their guidance and support throughout the information sessions.

The program will establish a new jobs pathway for Territorians through high-quality recruitment and mentoring services to help overcome social, economic and other barriers often faced by Indigenous people entering training, education and employment.

The Santos-funded Indigenous Pathways Program has various opportunities available across blue and white collar roles, with participants receiving mentoring from our experienced Darwin team as well as on-site training.
