G&S Asset Purchase Complete

KAEFER Integrated Services Pty Ltd (KAEFER) is pleased to announce it has officially completed the asset purchase of G&S Engineering Services from DRA Global Limited as of 10th September 2022. The purchase strengthens KAEFER’s capability across Australia, given the wealth of experience that the G&S team brings in delivering mechanical and electrical services across maintenance, shutdown and project works.

KAEFER Integrated Services’ Managing Director Victor Bogos commented on the purchase: “these services complement KAEFER’s existing core business, enabling further turnkey capability to be offered to new and existing clients.
