First Nations Cultural Awareness Training

Members of KAEFER Integrated Services’ teams attended Aboriginal Cultural Awareness workshops across various locations last week. The sessions were held in Boorloo (Perth, WA) by Noongar Leader, Danny Ford OAM, and Kaurna (Adelaide, SA) by Kaurna and Narungga Leader, Jack Kanya Kudnuitya Buckskin.

Facilitated by First Nations’ leaders, our team members learned about the culture and history of First Nations people and how to better develop their skills when engaging with Aboriginal people. Furthermore, the interactive sessions encouraged reflection and inspired commitments towards improving Aboriginal understanding and continuing to build effective relationships across our business.
