KAEFER Integrated Services is pleased to announce it has signed a purchase agreement for the assets of G&S Engineering Services subject to conditions precedent. The transaction is scheduled to be complete before the September 2022 quarter end. 

G&S has an extensive history, predominantly in Queensland where it has been operating for 25 years. The business employs a significant workforce of over 500 people and delivers maintenance and construction services in the Resource sector.

This purchase directly aligns with our Australian growth strategy in broadening capability across mechanical and electrical services nationally.
